2 cups milk
4T. flour
5T. butter or margarine
1T. pepper
1/2 T. salt
1. Melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add flour and whisk in butter for 1 full minute.
3. Add in milk and stir until lumps are gone.
4. Stir in salt and pepper, more or less to taste.
5. Remove from heat and serve.
